Custom Order Policy

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The minimum order quantity for custom designs is 5 pieces per style. Orders of fewer than 5 pieces per style will incur an additional charge of $1 per piece.

Order & Payment Policy

Please ensure that all items in your order are paid for in full. If an order remains incomplete for more than two months, with the value of unpaid items exceeding half of the amount already paid, and we have been unable to contact you despite our attempts, we reserve the right to apply your existing payment toward the cost of goods and labor associated with the order. The remaining items will be shipped once the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Shipping, Refund & Order Verification

1. Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us via WA and provide clear photos or other supporting evidence. Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, usually within 1–2 business days, we will arrange a refund or issue a credit for the affected items toward your next order.

Claims must be supported by verifiable evidence. Refund requests that cannot be substantiated will not be approved.

2. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been dispatched within the stated processing and shipping timeframe, delivery may be affected by the courier or other circumstances beyond our control. Delayed delivery alone does not qualify for an automatic refund. If the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and assist with an appropriate resolution. For any shipping-related concerns, please contact us via WA as soon as possible.

3. Order Video Verification

To help ensure order accuracy, we can provide a video showing the contents of your completed order upon request. Please let us know once your order is finalized. Video verification is generally completed within 1–2 business days after the order is closed, depending on the size of the order and the number of items involved.

If you choose not to request video verification before shipment, please be aware that subsequent claims regarding missing or incorrect items may be difficult to verify and may not qualify for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
